This Privacy Policy explains how Marketeq Digital, Inc. ("Marketeq," "ThinkLab," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit thinklab.marketeqdigital.com, apply to or enroll in the ThinkLab UX/UI design bootcamp, or use the ThinkLab platform (the "Services").

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Application and contact details: your first and last name, email address, phone number, and the goals or background you share in the application form.
• Enrollment and account details: information needed to enroll you, create your ThinkLab platform account, and deliver the program.
• Payment information: when you pay a deposit or tuition, our payment processor Stripe collects and processes your card or bank details. We receive limited confirmation information (such as the last four digits, transaction amount, and status). We do not store full card numbers.
• Communications: messages you send us, survey responses, and support requests.
• User content: project work, forum posts, and other materials you submit during the program.

Information we collect automatically

• Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring pages, and general interaction data, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see our separate Cookie Policy).

Information from third parties

• Financing partners: if you apply for third-party financing, the lender may share your application status or related information with us to coordinate your enrollment.
• Service providers: hosting, email, and payment providers may provide us with information needed to operate the Services.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• review your application and administer admissions and enrollment;
• provide the program, the ThinkLab platform, coursework, feedback, and your Certificate of Completion;
• process deposits, tuition, and payments (via Stripe) and coordinate any third-party financing;
• communicate with you about your application, enrollment, schedule, and account;
• send you updates, event invitations, and marketing messages where permitted (you can opt out at any time);
• operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Services; and
• comply with law and enforce our Terms and Enrollment Agreement.

3. Text (SMS) messaging

If you provide your phone number and check the consent box on our forms, you agree that ThinkLab (and admissions staff acting on our behalf) may contact you by phone call and text message about your application and enrollment, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of enrollment. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not opt you out of transactional emails needed to administer your enrollment.

4. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• With service providers who perform functions on our behalf, such as Stripe (payments) and our hosting, email, and platform providers, under contracts that limit their use of the information.
• With third-party lenders you choose to apply to for financing, to coordinate your enrollment.
• For legal reasons: to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect the rights, safety, and property of ThinkLab, our students, or others.
• In a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
• With your direction or consent, when you ask us to share information.

5. Cookies and tracking

We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, secure payments, and understand usage. For details and choices, see our Cookie Policy.

6. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, administer your application or enrollment, comply with our legal and financial obligations (including tax and accounting), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices

• Access and correction: you may request access to or correction of your account information by contacting us or updating your profile.
• Marketing opt-out: you can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in each message, and opt out of texts by replying STOP.
• Cookies: you can manage cookies through your browser settings (see the Cookie Policy).

9. California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you may have the right to request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, request deletion of your personal information, and request correction of inaccurate information, subject to legal exceptions. We do not sell or "share" (as defined under California law) your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. 10. Children's privacy

The Services are intended for adults (18+) and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites and services (such as Stripe or a financing partner). We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate.
